BENEFITS OF GRACE

Anchor Scripture:

                      Romans 6:14  "For sin shall not have dominion over you; 
                                                  for ye are not under the law, but under grace"

We live in the era of God's grace, what then is Grace? Grace is simply unmerited favour from God.

In our anchor scripture for today we saw that we are not under the law but under grace. Grace is  what makes a man to have dominion over sin. As a believer it is an error to Live a life of sin under his Grace (Romans 6:15).

WHAT THEN ARE THE BENEFITS OF GRACE?

1. Grace brings Salvation: In Ephesians 2:5 the bible says "Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ (by grace ye are saved)". Accepting Christ in your life brings about you living in His Grace, His grace is the reason we are saved from sin and sin can't be found where his grace abounds.

2. Grace helps us accomplish the impossible. Grace takes you from where we are not meant to be a higher level/positions in life. It makes you enter where is difficult to enter...

3. Through Grace our inward man (spiritual life) is renewed day by day. 2 Corinthians 4:15-16 "For all things are for your sakes, that the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many redound to the glory of God; For which cause we faint not; but though our inward man is renewed day by day.

As we endeavour to continue living under his grace, Favour shall locate us in Jesus name.

PRAYER:

Oh God I ask for your Grace upon my life, let your grace change my status quo in Jesus Name.

CONFESSION: 

I confess boldly with my mouth that I am living under His Grace, therefore sin has no dominion over me.
